Peanut Butter Bars (Mary Mottl 8/1/09)

1 Stick Margarine

½ cup Peanut Butter

1 & ½ cup sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup self Rising Flour

 

Grease and flour 13x9 pan

Melt margarine and Peanut butter in microwave 30% power for one minute

Add remaining ingredients

Stir until blended

Bake 350 for 25 to 30 mins

Cool and cut into squares

 

Georgia Caviar (Mary Margaret 8/4/03)

1/4 cup Oil
1/4 cup White Distilled Vinegar
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 clove Garlic
1/2 cup Finely Chopped Bell Pepper
1/2 cup Finely Chopped Red Onion (1/2 Large Red Onion)
2 cans of Blackeyed Peas, Drained & Rinsed
2 cans White Corn, drained
Mix together and let chill for atleast 4 hours.
Serve with Fritos Scoops


Chicken & Grape Salad (Mary Margaret 8/4/03)

1 1/2 Chickens baked at 350 until done (30 min)
Lightly salt & peppered
Once chicken is done let sit until it is cool. Chop or shred chicken.

While chicken is baking combine the following into a large bowl. Once chicken is chopped or shredded add into this mixture and season to taste.

2 1/2 tsp. Salt
2 lbs. Red Grapes, halved
7 cups Celery, chopped (around 7 stalks)
1/2 of a Large Red Onion, diced
2 1/2 cups Light Mayonnaise
1 cup Red Wine Vinegar

Hawaiian Chicken Sauce (Mary Margaret 8/4/03)

KC Masterpiece Honey Teriyaki 30 minute Marinade
1 cup Kraft Original Barbeque Sauce
1 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Cups Pineapple Juice

Mix together and dip almost done grilled chicken into it and put chicken back on grill.
